I am a Registered Nurse with a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice. I have been working as a Nurse for over 17 years and in the health care profession for over 25 years. I have witnessed many people suffer and become increasingly ill do to a lack of knowledge, resources, and guidance. 

 

I believe in caring for the entire person, not just the physical body. I focus on treating each client from the inside out, as opposed to merely treating the symptoms of their present condition. This is done with a mind-body-spirit-emotion approach. By encouraging my clients to integrate self-care, self-responsibility, spirituality, and reflection into their lives fosters a proper balance of mind, body, and spirit.
